We appreciate that every cause is worthwhile; however, in an attempt to be able to best respond to the many requests we receive, we have developed a list of eligiblility criteria.

Lesley Stowe Fine Foods Ltd. will consider requests for donations from organizations that:
1. Are a registered charity (registered charitable tax number required.)
2. Demonstrate support for people and communities within the Greater Vancouver Regional District.
3. Explain how the support funds will be distributed within their project or program.
4. Demonstrate financial responsibility and report percentage of administrative costs.
5. Provide services and activities without discriminating against others.
Preference will be given to organizations that support causes related to our employees or those that they support through their time, effort and donations.

Please note that we review all applications once a year. All applications must be in by November 1 and a decision will be made at the end of January. All applicants will be notified of decisions.
Due to the large volume of requests we receive we are unable to respond to telephone, fax or e-mail inquiries from non-profit organizations regarding the status of their requests.
