Holiday Camembert
The combination of Camembert, orange and brown sugar is a taste treat that is an ideal marriage with Cranberry Hazelnut Raincoast Crisps. Yummy addition: sprinkle a tablespoon of coarsely chopped hazelnuts on top of the brown sugar before broiling.
Ingredients
1 small Camembert - 8 oz
1 tsp finely grated orange zest
2 tbsp golden brown sugar
Directions
Remove the top rind of a small 8 oz Camembert, with a sharp knife. Sprinkle with one teaspoon finely grated orange zest. Cover lightly with golden brown sugar. Place under the broiler until the sugar starts to bubble.
Serve warm with Cranberry Hazelnut Raincoast Crisps.
