Spring Brunch Board

Spring calls for an epic brunch board for all the holidays and showers! Use our delicious crackers as your main ingredients and then create a few dips that pair well with some of our flavours like Cranberry Hazelnut and Fig and Olive.

Ingredients

    Whipped goat cheese and honey topped with crispy bacon and dates:
  • 8 ounces of goat cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 3-4 slices of bacon
  • 2-3 dates, chopped
  • DIP IDEA: hummus and marinated olives

  • Roasted tomatoes with burrata cheese, balsamic glaze and red pepper flakes:
  • 1-pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces of burrata cheese
  • balsamic glaze and red pepper flakes to top

  • Other:
  • hard boiled eggs and avocado with everything bagel seasoning
  • sharp white cheddar with fig jam
  • assorted fruit
  • a variety of raincoast crisps®

Directions

  • Whipped goat cheese and honey topped with crispy bacon and dates:
  • STEP 1: Slice the bacon into pieces and fry in a medium skillet until crispy.
  • STEP 2: Add the honey, salt, and goat cheese to a medium bowl and beat until smooth and creamy.
  • STEP 3: Transfer to a serving dish and top with bacon and chopped dates.

  • Roasted tomatoes with burrata cheese, balsamic glaze and red pepper flakes:
  • STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 425. Spread the tomatoes onto a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt pepper, and minced garlic. roast for 20-25 minutes, until bursting.
  • STEP 2: Arrange a platter with burrata and add the roast tomatoes. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

  • Other:
  • STEP 1: Create your dips of choice and serve them in bowls. Place the bowls of dip on your board. Then, take your crackers, cheese, assorted fruit, and other sides and build them around the bowls of dip to make a beautiful, full board.
