- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. blackstrap molasses
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
- 2 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
- 1 cup water
- pinch of freshly ground black pepper
